Canada Event Rentals Inc.

What Canada Event Rentals Inc. does

Canada Event Rentals Inc., operating under the trade names Afra's Event Rentals and Canadian Event Rentals, is a privately held event-rental company based in Ottawa, Ontario. The company rents party and event equipment to individuals and organizations planning gatherings in the Ottawa region, with a horizontal catalog covering backdrops, lighting, tents, professional audio (speakers, microphones), seating, and tables. Its operating footprint is a single metropolitan market, and the company positions itself as 'Ottawa's #1 Party & Event Rentals'.

The business is built on a direct-to-consumer model. Customers browse a product catalog hosted at canadianeventrentals.ca (powered by the Booqable rental management platform) and complete transactions via phone or website inquiry rather than instant online checkout. Pricing is opaque and quote-based, billed on a pay-as-you-go cadence tied to the duration of each event. Customer service is differentiated by 24/7 phone availability and 7-days-a-week operations. There are no third-party distributors, marketplaces, or reseller channels; all revenue is generated through direct bookings.

Canada Event Rentals Inc. is incorporated as a corporation in Ontario, Canada, with no disclosed parent company, subsidiaries, institutional investors, funding rounds, or management team. No revenue, headcount, patents, certifications, awards, or AI/technology capabilities are documented in available sources. The company does not have a mobile app, public API, or disclosed integrations beyond its Booqable-powered storefront. Its strategic posture is that of an independent, locally focused small business serving the Ottawa event-services market.
