Elamus Spa

What Elamus Spa does

Elamus Spa, operated by the Estonian private limited company Mustamäe Spa OÜ, is a single-site spa, sauna, and wellness complex located at Akadeemia tee 30 in Tallinn's Mustamäe district. The venue runs daily from 10:00 to 00:00 with no time-limited admissions and is structured around three integrated zones: Elamus Spa (family/all-ages), Spa 21+ (adults-only, 18+), and the Ujula swimming pool (07:30–23:00 weekdays). The facility includes 22 unique saunas heated daily with temperatures from 42°C to 90–100°C, the Baltic's largest ritual sauna accommodating 100 people with audio-visual equipment, a 25m six-lane sports pool at 27°C, a 32°C toddlers' pool, three heated water slides with sound and light effects, themed spa rooms, and a spa bar.

Revenue is generated through a mix of one-time admissions (€26–€89 Elamus Spa tickets, €34–€54 Spa 21+ tickets), recurring access products (10-times cards, monthly pool passes at €74–€115, and an annual Spa 21+ pass at €2,600), à la carte treatments and massages (€36–€100), gift cards (€10–€100), on-site F&B, private event hire (Troopikaaed party room at €29/hour), and corporate seminars. Distribution is direct-to-consumer via the venue's own e-commerce site and walk-in traffic, supplemented by the ESTO AS installment/pay-later integration for online purchases and on-site swimming schools (Sports Club Nord, Ujume Koos) that run baby and children's lessons. The venue also operates Elamus Bowling & Pub as a sub-brand at the same location.

The business serves four primary personas — families with children, adult wellness seekers, swimmers/fitness enthusiasts, and corporate/event groups — and markets to them through a multilingual website (Estonian, English, Russian, Finnish), Instagram, Facebook, VK, YouTube, email newsletters, and high-visibility events such as the Estonian Aufguss Championships. In 2024 and 2025 the venue's sauna masters won solo and team titles at the Estonian Aufguss Championships, and the facility has been selected to host the III Estonian Sauna Masters Championships in April 2026.
