What CONTRACTEURS ARMSERV INC. does

Armserv Contracting Inc. (operating as Armserv) is a privately held industrial mechanical contractor based in Saint Laurent, Quebec, Canada. Founded around 1997, the company specializes in steam trap audits, steam and water heating product installations, and industrial air system services for manufacturing and industrial facilities in the Greater Montreal area.

The company's core offering is a diagnostic steam trap audit methodology: trained and accredited technicians perform on-site surveys of customer steam systems, identify oversized, misapplied, failing, or leaky traps, convert leakage volumes into monetary loss values, and recommend specific replacement models, with same-day reporting of failure rates and loss amounts. Armserv also installs and services industrial air compressor distribution systems, including Quincy brand compressors and vacuum systems, and holds a CMMTQ license (Corporation des maîtres mécaniciens en tuyauterie du Québec) that authorizes its pipefitting and steam/water heating installation work.

Armserv operates on a sales-led, field-service go-to-market model. Pricing is quote-based and not publicly disclosed. The company is privately held with no disclosed institutional investors, parent company, or external funding rounds. Marketing is conducted through a company website and direct phone contact, with Google Analytics and Google Ads added in 2025. The firm cites 1,000+ completed steam trap audits across 20+ years of operation as its primary scale signal.
