GODSPACE COMMUNITIES CIC

What GODSPACE COMMUNITIES CIC does

God Space Communities CIC is a spiritual community ministry, registered as a Community Interest Company in the UK but operating from Cincinnati, Ohio and Melbourne, Kentucky. It is sponsored by the Sisters of Divine Providence of Kentucky, an international congregation of Catholic Sisters, and is explicitly positioned as not a church but a welcoming space for spiritual seekers, doubters, and questioners. The organization is led by Sister Leslie Keener, CDP, who serves as the primary contact and ministry lead.

The core offering is a portfolio of free spiritual formation resources centered on community, prayer, and faith exploration. Products include the weekly Providence Podcast (distributed on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and the website), biweekly small groups alternating between in-person Thursday evenings and virtual Sunday afternoons (using a modified Lectio Divina prayer practice with Scripture), a weekly Spiritual Reflections blog, curated apps and podcasts resource lists, guided meditations (Providence Examen, Act of Abandonment), Spotify prayer music playlists, and a recurring events program including Advent Taizé, Galentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, and participation in the Cincinnati Festival of Faiths. There is no proprietary technology platform; the stack consists of a Squarespace website and mainstream social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

The business model is non-commercial. All participation is free, no pricing is charged, and the ministry is funded through the sponsoring Sisters of Divine Providence. There are no disclosed revenue figures, headcount, or donor information. The customer base consists of three persona segments: spiritual seekers and questioners (primary), women discerning religious vocation, and Associates of Divine Providence (non-vowed members). Distribution is regional for in-person gatherings and global via digital channels.
