What EGO DESIGN SERVICES LTD does

EGO Design Services Ltd is a UK private limited company headquartered at 19-21 Albion Place, Maidstone, Kent, that delivers residential extension design and structural engineering services to homeowners in the Kent and Maidstone micro-market. The firm's core offering is two integrated services: Extension Design Services for residential property enhancements, and Structural Engineering Services delivered by an in-house team of experienced structural engineers. The company describes its engineering approach as leveraging "the latest tools and techniques" to produce efficient and sustainable designs, though no specific technology stack, software platforms, or proprietary systems are disclosed.

The business operates a direct-to-consumer, project-based professional services model with one-time fees for design and engineering engagements. Pricing is fully quote-based and not publicly disclosed; customers initiate engagement via phone, WhatsApp (07942 677 771), email ([email protected]), or in-person visits to the Maidstone office, which operates Monday-Friday 09:00-19:00. The firm is currently in a soft launch phase, using email newsletter signup to build awareness for launch events. Marketing is minimal, limited to a company website (egodesign.co.uk) and email capture, with no disclosed partnerships, certifications, awards, patents, named customers, or management team.

No revenue, headcount, funding, or ownership data are disclosed. The company has no parent or subsidiaries, no app, no API, and no AI capabilities referenced. Given the narrow geographic scope, project-based billing, soft-launch status, and absence of disclosed scale signals, the firm should be characterized as a sub-scale, early-stage local professional services business rather than a growth-stage or venture-backable entity.
