Expansion highlights5 records

Broad incumbents

• 360training: Online regulatory and safety training marketplace with OSHA-compliant courses including forklift operator training; comparable as a competitor in the online forklift certification space, competing directly with FiveStar's $129–$299 CAD online offerings.
• National Safety Council: Major US-based safety organization offering forklift operator training among a broad portfolio of workplace safety courses; comparable as a training provider for the same regulatory-driven operator certification demand, though operating at vastly larger scale and broader scope than FiveStar.
• ClickSafety: Online safety training provider offering OSHA-compliant forklift operator courses for individuals and enterprise clients; comparable as an online forklift training competitor with similar employer dashboard functionality and self-paced delivery model.

Others

• Energy Safety Canada: Canadian safety association delivering training and certification for energy and industrial sectors; comparable as a Canadian safety-training ecosystem participant with similar regulatory alignment and provincial safety framework knowledge.
• Workplace Safety North: Canadian not-for-profit safety training provider serving Ontario and broader Canadian workplaces; comparable as a workplace safety training counterpart within the Canadian regulatory environment FiveStar operates in.

Regional players

• BC Forest Safety Council: BC-based safety organization providing training and certification for forestry and industrial operators; comparable as a BC-regional safety training peer operating in the same provincial regulatory ecosystem as FiveStar.
• Crane Institute of America: Specialized heavy-equipment operator training organization focused on cranes, rigging, and signal person certifications; comparable as a niche operator-training provider serving regulated industrial certification markets with similar in-person plus onsite delivery model.

Emerging players

• ProTrainings / ProCourses: Online health and safety training platform offering blended and remote certification courses with video-based components; comparable as an online safety certification competitor, particularly relevant given FiveStar's video-based practical verification differentiator.
