Founded in 1947 and continuously operating for over 75 years, the company provides design, construction, and renovation services for commercial swimming pools across five jurisdictions: Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, and the District of Columbia. Paddock operates a sales-led go-to-market, engaging institutional clients directly through knowledgeable representatives who work with client design teams to produce custom AutoCAD-based designs and construction proposals. All construction crews are full-time employees supported by on-site foremen and project field supervisors. The company is an authorized installer of Paddock Pool Equipment Company, Inc. (Rock Hill, SC) and is licensed to use the PADDOCK, EVACUATOR, and FreshAir trademarks, including in-house specification of stainless steel gutters for competition pools.

Revenue is project-based and one-time, earned through custom design-through-construction engagements with a diversified institutional client base spanning government, healthcare, education, recreation, hospitality, and entertainment segments. Pricing is quote-based and not publicly disclosed. Marketing channels are limited to direct sales, industry reputation, and client referrals; no digital marketing or productized channel is referenced. The company maintains affiliations with a nationwide network of Paddock-branded contractor associates (Tipton Pool Builders, Vincent Pools, Drakeley, Augusta Aquatics, Burleson, Miracle Pools, KC Gunite, Paddock Construction), extending its reach beyond the Mid-Atlantic operating geography. No revenue, headcount, funding, or financial data is publicly disclosed, and the company shows no AI/ML, app, or API product surface.
