Heavens Pets Of Lake Lawn Metairie Llc

What Heavens Pets Of Lake Lawn Metairie Llc does

Heaven's Pets Of Lake Lawn Metairie LLC is a privately held, family-owned pet death care business operating from a single facility co-located on the grounds of the historic Lake Lawn Metairie Cemetery in New Orleans, Louisiana. The company delivers end-of-life services for companion animals, including private and communal pet cremation (tiered Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages priced $200–$350), 24/7 transportation from veterinary clinics and emergency hospitals, pre-planning arrangements, grief support resources, and a Memorial Gardens offering for permanent memorialization. Its cremation operations are staffed by Pet Loss Professionals Alliance (PLPA) Certified Pet Cremation Specialists, and it is identified in its own marketing as the only such certified operator in both Louisiana and Mississippi and the only cemetery-based pet crematorium in Louisiana.

The company monetizes through a mix of one-time service fees (cremation packages, transportation) and one-time product sales (urns, cremation and remembrance jewelry, ink prints, silicone impressions, urn accessories), supplemented by recurring pre-planning engagements. Distribution runs through four channels: direct facility sales on cemetery grounds, 24/7 phone ordering, an owned e-commerce storefront with Affirm 'buy now, pay over time' financing, and a veterinary referral network that includes intake forms, pickup coordination, and a public veterinarian directory. Trust and demand generation are reinforced through industry affiliations (ICCFA, IAPCC, PLPA, BBB), a corporate affiliation with Service Corporation International, and a co-location partnership with Lake Lawn Metairie Cemetery / Lakelawn Funeral Home and Cemeteries. Customer segments are horizontal and split between individual pet owners and veterinary clinics, with no disclosed revenue, headcount history, or external funding; the company operates with a 11–50 employee footprint and has been in operation since 2002.
