YourCoach

What YourCoach does

YourCoach is a Belgian coaching and training organization founded in 2009 and headquartered in Ghent. The company delivers professional coaching services and ICF-certified coach-training programs to individuals, executives, and organizations, alongside in-company corporate training. Its core service portfolio combines one-on-one coaching (career, stress & burn-out, executive, life, business) with a stack of certification programs — notably Integrale Coaching (Essentials and Professional), NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner, Loopbaancoach, Stress & Burn-out Coach, Kinder- en Jongerencoach, and specializations in systemic, embodied, and trauma-sensitive coaching.

The company's underlying 'technology' is its proprietary Integrale Coaching methodology, which fuses classical ICF-standard coaching with embodied, systemic, and creative approaches. There is no disclosed software platform; the offering is human-delivered via certified coaches. Physical infrastructure includes the Loft 26 training facility and the De Overkant coaching hub in Ghent, secondary coaching locations in Hoogstraten and Merendree, and the De Kluizerij estate in Affligem used for the annual Summer School residential program. An online academy (academy.yourcoach.be) and webinar/shop layer extend the in-person core.

YourCoach makes money primarily through fee-for-service professional coaching engagements and tuitions for certification programs (e.g., Summer School priced at €1,695-€2,945 ex VAT, individual session rates undisclosed). Distribution is direct-to-consumer via the company website and in-person events (demo evenings, open days, YourCoach Café), with a parallel B2B channel for in-company training. Belgian government subsidy schemes (KMO-Portefeuille, Opleidingscheques, Vlaams Opleidingsverlof, VDAB loopbaancheques) materially shape pricing accessibility. No funding has been disclosed; the entity operates as a private Belgian BV.
