What Belknap Plumbing Systems does

Belknap Plumbing Systems is a family-owned plumbing service company headquartered in Houston, Texas (9030 Solon Road, Houston, TX 77064), founded in 1993 and operated continuously by the Belknap family. The company serves both residential and commercial customers across 14 service areas in the Houston metropolitan region, offering 24/7 emergency dispatch alongside scheduled service work. Leadership is concentrated within the family (Kenneth Belknap, President; Brandon Belknap, Operations Manager), supported by project controls, project management, and customer service staff.

The service portfolio spans drain cleaning, leak detection, water heater installation and repair (including Navien tankless systems), hydro jetting, sewer line work, and water treatment. Field capabilities rely on standard mechanical diagnostic and remediation equipment, including camera inspections, hydro jetting rigs, thermal imaging, and electronic leak detection; no AI- or ML-driven systems are documented. Regulatory credentials include Texas Master Plumbing License #M-18741, Railroad Commission of Texas natural gas authorization, and Department of Insurance State Fire Marshal RME-U endorsement, together permitting work on regulated residential and commercial plumbing and gas systems.

The business model is field-service-based: revenue is generated through direct-to-customer service calls, project-based commercial work, and emergency dispatch, with no disclosed subscription or recurring-contract component. A Wells Fargo financing partnership supports customer affordability on larger jobs, and an Authorized Navien Dealer relationship layers product sale plus installation economics onto the labor-only service model. Memberships in the Houston Apartment Association and Houston Area Safety Council signal deliberate commercial-channel development into multi-family and light-industrial customers. The company is privately held with no external funding.
