Go-to-market combines direct field service (technicians dispatched to customer sites), inside sales via phone and online quote requests, and walk-in traffic at the two Alaska office locations, with a digital layer including the DoorDreamer™ online design tool and a promotions page for customer acquisition. Customer segments are split between residential homeowners (primary) and commercial/industrial buyers needing overhead doors, loading dock equipment, and gate operators. The company employs 11–50 people and operates solely within the Cook Inlet region of Alaska, with no disclosed subsidiaries, funding history, or M&A activity.
