What Retouch Pilot does

Retouch Pilot is a professional photo editing and retouching services company headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with a team of 51–100 editors operating from a single office in South Banasree, Rampura. The company sells 16 discrete service modules — including portrait retouching, body retouching, wedding photo editing, high-end retouching, product photo retouching, image manipulation, real estate photo editing, automotive photo editing, clipping path, HDR blending, Lightroom culling, background removal, ghost mannequin/neck joint, jewelry retouching, image masking, and image vectorization — all delivered manually by professional editors using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and Wacom pen tablets.

The business operates a transaction-based, per-image pricing model with no minimum order quantity and a stated base price of $0.59 per image for product photo retouching, scaling up to $50–$200 for body retouching and offering up to 30% discounts on bulk orders exceeding $300. Order intake is non-standardized: customers email file-transfer links from WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive after submitting test photos for quote evaluation, with payment via PayPal, credit card, or Payoneer. The company runs direct-to-consumer fulfillment through its website alongside an enterprise motion serving brands for advertising and promotional material production, and distributes through Upwork, PeoplePerHour, and an active social presence on Facebook, Instagram, Behance, Pinterest, Dribbble, and LinkedIn.

The customer base spans professional photographers, e-commerce sellers, real estate agents, automotive dealers, jewelry retailers, and fashion/apparel brands globally. Retouch Pilot claims to serve "several of the world's most recognizable brands" and to have processed thousands of wedding/event photo sets, but the named testimonials in source materials are exclusively SMB individuals, and no enterprise contract values, revenue figures, funding rounds, or management team information are disclosed. The firm is privately held with no parent company, no subsidiaries, and no recorded M&A activity.
