What LDD Web Design does

LDD Web Design is an Albuquerque, New Mexico-based web design and development agency that operates as a subsidiary of LDD Consulting, an MSP and IT support company founded by David Luft. The company was spun out / rebranded as a standalone entity in 2024 from LDD Consulting's web design division, building on 15+ years of operating history in web technology services. It serves small-to-medium-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations in the Albuquerque region, with a globally distributed team providing delivery capacity.

The company's platform and service stack is built exclusively on WordPress, covering the full lifecycle of SMB website ownership: custom website design and implementation, custom WordPress plugin development, WordPress-based e-commerce builds, managed WordPress hosting, search engine optimization, ongoing website maintenance and security, and graphic/brand design. Its technical differentiators are customization and configurability of WordPress-based builds, domain specialization in WordPress and SEO, and integration capability with third-party systems via custom plugins. The offering is delivered as an integrated ecosystem for clients seeking a single full-service provider rather than a suite of disconnected vendors.

LDD Web Design makes money through a mix of project-based one-time fees (website builds, redesigns, graphic design) and recurring subscriptions (managed hosting, SEO retainers, maintenance contracts). Pricing is custom and quote-based rather than published as standardized tiers. The go-to-market is sales-led and direct-to-consumer, relying on local SEO-optimized web presence, free 10-minute phone consultations, blog/content marketing, and social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn) to generate inbound leads from Albuquerque-area SMBs and organizations. The company is privately held with no institutional funding disclosed.
