What Bali Yoga Teacher Training center does

Bali Yoga Teacher Training Center (Bali YTTC) is a Yoga Alliance-accredited residential yoga school operating from a private gated sanctuary compound in Ubud, Gianyar Regency, Bali. Founded in 2018, the school delivers four core multi-style yoga teacher training programs (50-hour foundations, 100-hour foundation, 200-hour RYT-200, and 300-hour RYT-500 advanced) along with yoga retreats and ancillary workshops (Beach Yoga, Handstand & Arm Balancing, Sound Healing, Acro Yoga, and Balinese Cultural Activities). All programs are conducted in-person at the Ubud campus, which comprises two open-air teakwood yoga shalas, private luxury villas and shared garden villas, a lagoon swimming pool, a private plunge pool, a garden dining shala, a jungle river frontage, and an on-site Balinese temple shrine. Maximum cohort size is capped at 12 students to maintain a high instructor-to-student ratio.

The school's pedagogy is anchored on a proprietary "Seven Pillars" framework covering Asana Mastery, Pranayama & Breath, Applied Anatomy, Vedic Philosophy, Teaching Methodology, Hands-on Adjustments, and Meditation & Balinese Wisdom. The curriculum harmonizes Hatha alignment precision, Ashtanga Vinyasa sequencing, and Vinyasa Flow creativity, and is taught by E-RYT 500 credentialed faculty including lead teacher Vivek Kalura (MSc Yogic Science), with cultural immersion integrated via Melukat purification ceremonies, Gabogan flower-offering workshops, and Balinese blessing ceremonies. The school holds Yoga Alliance RYS 200 and RYS 300 registration under School ID 34348, enabling graduates to obtain internationally recognized RYT-200 or RYT-500 credentials.

Bali YTTC operates a direct-to-consumer, application-based enrollment model exclusively through baliyttc.com, with a €399 deposit required to secure a seat and installment payment plans available. Pricing is denominated in Euros across four tiers ranging from €399 (50-hour tuition-only) to €2,799 (300-hour private villa), with a 10% early-bird discount for bookings 60+ days in advance. The company is privately held, founder/operator-led with no disclosed institutional investors, and serves individual yoga practitioners and aspiring teachers globally—particularly from Europe (France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland), Asia (Korea, Indonesia), and other regions—evidenced by 2,500+ graduates from 70+ nationalities since 2018 and verified review averages of 4.9/5 across Trustpilot (840+ reviews), Google (600+ reviews), and TripAdvisor (Travellers' Choice).
