Recent moves6 records

Expansion highlights5 records

Broad incumbents

• Stratco: Stratco is an Australian manufacturer and retailer of roofing, fencing, and outdoor building products with installation services. It is comparable to Duravex in serving residential and commercial customers across NSW with roofing solutions, but operates at greater scale and as a vertically integrated product-plus-installation brand.
• Boral Limited: Boral is Australia's largest integrated building materials and construction products company, with a roof tiles and masonry portfolio that overlaps Duravex's tile restoration and roof replacement services. Boral operates at significantly larger scale and as a materials supplier rather than a contractor.
• DuluxGroup: DuluxGroup is Australia's largest paint and coatings manufacturer and owner of the Acratex roofing coatings brand that Duravex is accredited to apply. While primarily a product company, DuluxGroup sets the technical standards and warranty economics that underpin Duravex's premium positioning.
• BlueScope Steel: BlueScope is the maker of COLORBOND steel, a core material Duravex installs on gutters, fascias, and metal roofing. As a strategic partner to Duravex, BlueScope sits upstream but competes indirectly through its own installer networks and broader building products portfolio.
• CSR Limited: CSR is a leading Australian building products company with roofing systems (Monier, Bradford insulation) that intersect directly with Duravex's tile restoration and COLORBOND-adjacent offerings. CSR is a strategic partner via Monier Roofing but also a large-scale incumbent in adjacent building categories.

Direct peers

• Jim's Roofing: Jim's Roofing is an Australian franchise-based roofing services network providing residential roof repair, restoration, and replacement nationwide. Like Duravex, it serves homeowner customers with restoration and repair offerings, but competes primarily through local franchise operators rather than a unified Dulux-accredited brand platform.
