What Tique PCP does

TIQUE-PCP is a European Pre-Commercial Procurement project that ran from March 2021 to February 2026 under EU Horizon 2020 grant agreement No 965356, with a total grant envelope of €965,356. The procurement target was a technology-enabled, SaaS-model all-in-one integrated care platform combining three core technical capabilities: continuous remote patient monitoring via connected devices for advanced heart failure patients; AI-based predictive algorithms that anticipate care needs in advance to prevent acute crises; and an interactive digital platform with separate case-management interfaces for clinicians/health professionals (integrated with legacy systems) and self-management interfaces for patients and carers. Four solutions were contracted in Phase 1 (AHF Care, TIQUE-V, PLAT4TIQUE and NTT DATA & DILEMMA Solution); three advanced to the 10.5-month Phase 2 Prototype Development (June 2023 to May 2024); and two (TIQUE-V and PLAT4TIQUE) progressed to Phase 3 real-life pilot trials across the three sites from 8 September 2025 to 16 February 2026.

TIQUE's revenue model is non-commercial: contracts issued through the PCP process were R&D service contracts funded by the Horizon 2020 grant, not commercial sales. Customer-acquisition channels were limited to organic social (LinkedIn, Twitter/X), a YouTube channel with tender-process explainer videos, an email newsletter, and OMC events and webinars. The project formally concluded in February 2026, with a public Final Event held on 19 May 2026. Long-term sustainability was framed around a value-based payment model intended to align healthcare providers, patients and industry partners around shared outcomes, but no commercial deployment has been disclosed.
