COFFEE WATER AIR EXPERTS

What COFFEE WATER AIR EXPERTS does

COFFEE WATER AIR EXPERTS a.s. is a privately held Czech joint-stock company founded in 1995, headquartered in Prague, that provides all-inclusive rental and servicing of workplace coffee machines, water dispensers, and air purifiers to B2B customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company operates four regional service offices (Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Bratislava) with guaranteed 24-hour response times in major cities and 48-hour response elsewhere, supported by its own technician network. Its product portfolio spans automatic espresso machines (WMF 1100/1300/1500/5000/9000 S+ series, COFFEE EXPERT, Beanfather 60, Bonamat filter brewers), premium water dispensers (WATER EXPERT, Borg & Overström T2/U1/B4, Waterlogic Firewall series), and IQAir air purifiers (HealthPro, CleanZone, Cleanroom, AirVisual Pro), for which it acts as the official distributor in its markets.

The business model is a subscription-style all-inclusive rental: equipment, installation, training, regular descaling and cleaning, consumables (coffee from partner roasters Nordbeans, No Brand Roastery, and Caffè Diemme; tea from Oxalis; cocoa from Van Houten/Barry Callebaut), quality inspections, and professional barista services are bundled into a recurring contract priced per quote. Go-to-market is sales-led direct B2B with website enquiry funnels (priority routing for submitted Company IDs) and a dedicated client portal. The company holds ISO 9001 (2023) and ESG (2026) certifications, and supports a portfolio of community and sports sponsorships. Revenue, headcount, and ownership are not publicly disclosed.
