What FK Performance GbR does

FK Performance GbR is a privately held German motorsport racing team founded in 2013 in Bremen by Fabian Finck and Martin Kaemena, organized as a Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts (GbR) civil-law partnership. The company operates as an exclusive BMW customer racing team, preparing and campaigning BMW M4 GT3 EVO and BMW M4 GT4 EVO vehicles across multiple European series including the ADAC GT Masters, ADAC GT4 Germany, the ADAC Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, the 24h Nürburgring, and the GT Winter Series. A team of more than 50 mechanics, engineers, event staff, and content creators delivers full-service race operations to professional and aspiring drivers, with reported 2025 results of one championship, two vice-championships, and one third-place finish across five series.

The company's core technology is the ex-works preparation of BMW M4 GT3 EVO and GT4 EVO platforms, including early adoption of natural-fiber composite bodywork in the GT4 EVO, which delivers an 85% reduction in CO2 footprint versus carbon fiber and is paired with HVO-fueled team trucks and 100% fossil-free ADAC race fuels. A complementary sub-brand, FK Performance Garages, offers up to 30 secure, climate-controlled underground parking spaces for collector vehicles. Revenue is generated through quote-based professional services contracts covering vehicle preparation, race support, driver coaching, hospitality, photography/videography, and multi-year vehicle-storage subscriptions. The customer base spans professional GT drivers, young racing talent progressing from karting and BMW M2 Cup through to GT3, and collector-vehicle owners, with go-to-market executed via direct relationships, race-event presence, and a network of technical sponsors including BMW M Motorsport, RAVENOL, KW Automotive, Michelin, VIEROL, and BWT.
