What ISENS System Integrated Solutions does

ISENS System Integrated Solutions (legal entity I Sens srl) is an Italian custom lighting, audio-video, home automation (domotics), and olfactory architecture design firm headquartered in Fontane di Villorba, Veneto, with a second office in Villorba (TV). Founded around 2016 (with firmographic records dating to 2010), the company operates with 8 employees from a single-country base in Italy and executes bespoke multisensory design projects for commercial and residential clients across hospitality, retail, fashion, F&B, cultural, sport, and research sectors.

The firm's offering combines four integrated disciplines — illuminotecnica, audio-video, domotics, and olfactory architecture — delivered as a single coordinated project from consultation through custom in-house manufacturing of proprietary fixture lines (LZ, Infinity, La Grande, Line_O_Line, Knock Knock, Strega, Selvatica, Pipes, Roll) and installation supervision. Core technology relies on Casambi Bluetooth Low Energy smart lighting controls, Bose professional audio equipment, custom LED hardware manufactured in-house, and a dedicated ISENS CLT web and mobile application that supports project configuration. Differentiated capabilities include scenario-based domotic lighting management with astronomical clock algorithms (used at Turet 0.24h and the VCR Research Center), next-generation acoustic panels that integrate speakers and lighting, and collaborative custom design with named architects and perfumers such as Master Perfumer Dante Ferro.

Revenue is generated through quote-based project contracts covering consulting, bespoke product development, installation supervision, and commissioning, alongside product sales from the in-house fixture catalog. Distribution is exclusively direct, working with regional sales contacts in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, a network of ISENS System Points, and a dense referral ecosystem of partner architecture and design studios (Mise, Studio Pamio + Partners, di_archon.associati, Fabscarte, Studio Mamo, Studio Nove.C, Chiave di Volta, Tecnoarredamenti, La Centrale Interni). Named enterprise clients include BATA Group/AW LAB, Starhotels, Eurospin-related La Centrale Gourmet, VCR Vivai Cooperativi Rauscedo, Garbellotto, and TVB Basket Treviso. Marketing relies on cultural-event patronage (Venice Design Week 2019-2022), industry trade shows (Euroluce, Fuorisalone, SIA Hospitality Design), and an Instagram-led portfolio presence. No funding, public listing, or institutional investor participation is disclosed.
