Tokio School Portugal

What Tokio School Portugal does

Tokio School Portugal is a 100% online technology education provider operating in Lisbon, Portugal under the legal entity Einstein Training, Lda. (NIPC: 516095145), a subsidiary of the Northius strategic operating group. The school delivers 33 courses across six technology domains: programming, cybersecurity, data analysis, SAP, video game design, and computer networks, with official certification preparation for credentials including PCAP (Python), Oracle Java OCP, Cisco CCNA, CEHv12, and Unity Certified User.

The platform is built on a proprietary virtual learning management system (omeucampusvirtual.pt) that supports live online classes, on-demand recorded sessions, masterclasses, doubt-resolution classes, and direct messaging with instructors. The core technology stack is an LMS rather than an AI-native platform, with no disclosed adaptive learning or AI-powered personalization. Supporting features include the Tokio Net employment observatory (1,500+ job opportunities), a digital badges credentialing system, and the Tokiers community for alumni networking. The school has built an employer ecosystem of 3,000+ technology companies for internship placements, with up to 300 hours of guaranteed internship included in most programs.

Revenue is generated through course tuition fees paid by individual students, with pricing not publicly disclosed but structured as multi-year contracts with upfront, financing, or installment options. The go-to-market is sales-led, combining digital marketing (paid search, social, content, blog), direct website inquiry forms, phone sales (800 912 966), and WhatsApp inside sales, with personalized follow-up by pedagogical advisors. The primary customer segment is career changers entering tech, with secondary segments of working professionals seeking upskilling and tech professionals pursuing advancement. The school enrolled 10,000+ students annually with an 80%+ recommendation rate, and is part of the broader Tokio brand operating in Spanish-speaking markets via international sites.
