Chimney Sweep by Atlantic Cleaning

What Chimney Sweep by Atlantic Cleaning does

Atlantic Vents Cleaning, operating under the brand "Chimney Sweep by Atlantic Cleaning," is a privately held, family-owned field service company founded in 2016 and headquartered in Staten Island, New York. The company delivers residential and commercial air duct, dryer vent, chimney, and fireplace cleaning services across all five New York City boroughs and an extensive footprint in New Jersey, including Jackson, Princeton, Trenton, Toms River, and surrounding municipalities. It serves two primary customer segments: residential homeowners concerned with indoor air quality, fire safety, and HVAC efficiency, and commercial establishments such as laundromats, daycares, medical offices, hospitals, restaurants, schools, and salons with regulatory compliance and operational safety requirements.

The core offering comprises three service lines — air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and chimney/fireplace cleaning — supplemented by a portfolio of add-on services including video inspection, sanitizing treatments, chimney cap installation, dryer bird guard installation, AC unit cleaning, kitchen/bathroom/exhaust vent cleaning, and HVAC filter replacement. Service delivery relies on professional-grade vacuum equipment and specialized brushes; the company does not disclose proprietary technology, software platforms, or AI-driven tooling. Differentiators cited include video inspection transparency, technician punctuality, furniture and floor protection during work, free phone estimates, and full insurance and certification.

Revenue is generated through per-job, quote-based pricing with free estimates provided prior to commitment. The model is entirely transactional — no subscriptions, maintenance contracts, or recurring revenue programs are offered. Customer acquisition is driven by an SEO-optimized website, Yelp and Google review presence, an active Facebook page, educational blog content, and promotional offers including 25% off for a second service and seasonal discounts (e.g., 10% off for Valentine's Day). The company operates seven days a week from 9:00am to 8:00pm, dispatching trained technicians directly to customer locations.
