Sammamish Remodel & Custom Build LLC is a privately held, founder-owned Washington State residential general contractor founded in 2009 by long-time Sammamish residents. The company designs and builds custom homes and executes residential remodels, additions, and home improvement projects for homeowners across the Greater Seattle Eastside, including Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Renton, North Bend, Carnation, and Woodinville. Service offerings span 28+ trade categories, with anchor lines in custom homes, full-home remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, roofing, decks, flooring, and ADUs/tiny homes, complemented by specialty work such as home theaters, sport courts, saunas, detached garages, generators, and tenant improvements. The company is licensed and insured as a general contractor in Washington State.

The business operates on a project-based revenue model with three core streams: custom home construction, home remodeling services, and addition/extension services (including ADUs). Pricing is fully quote-based and not publicly disclosed; the company offers free in-home consultations, typically scheduled within one business day, followed by a customized statement of work with transparent pricing. Mark Kovats, who holds 15+ years of estimation experience in the Sammamish market, serves as the primary sales contact and estimator. The team carries over 40 combined years of local estimation experience, which underpins accurate scoping and pricing. The go-to-market motion is direct-to-consumer and sales-led, with customers initiating contact via phone ((425) 999-6996), email ([email protected]), or website form; 90% of new business is generated through client referrals.

The operating model is bootstrapped with no disclosed institutional capital, parent company, or subsidiary structure. Cumulative operating metrics as of 2025 include 487+ completed local projects, a 100% project completion rate, and a 90% client referral rate. The company has not disclosed headcount, revenue, or financial details. Its core technology is standard construction management and general contracting execution; there is no proprietary software, AI/ML capability, app platform, or technology stack disclosed in available sources.
