RT Plumbing Services

What RT Plumbing Services does

RT Plumbing Services, Inc. is a family-owned and operated residential plumbing contractor headquartered in Keller, Texas, serving the greater Fort Worth, TX metropolitan area. Founded in 2003 by Richard and Tris Bonsall, the company provides plumbing repair, installation, and maintenance services to homeowners across approximately 18 North Texas cities including Fort Worth, Irving, Denton, Flower Mound, Grapevine, Southlake, and Keller. Its service portfolio spans general plumbing repair (toilets, faucets, disposals, drains, sewer lines), slab leak detection and repair, gas line work, re-piping, and code compliance, alongside kitchen and bathroom remodeling and a tankless water heater specialty line backed by Rinnai and Navien partnerships.

The underlying technology is conventional residential plumbing tooling and trade methods, with no proprietary software platform, digital product surface, or technology-driven differentiation. Richard Bonsall, the company's President, holds Master and Journeyman plumbing licenses, Propane Certification, and Rinnai Tankless Certified installer credentials; Tris Bonsall serves as Vice President/Administrative Manager. The company is BBB-accredited and maintains an Angie's List presence as credibility signals.

RT Plumbing generates revenue through one-time, quote-based service jobs billed per project with senior and military discounts offered. Customer acquisition is direct-to-consumer via phone (817-741-5526), the company website, and review-driven referral. No commercial contracts, recurring service agreements, or institutional customers are disclosed, and the company operates with 1-10 employees. All revenue is sourced from residential households across the Fort Worth region, making the business structurally a small, owner-operated trade services shop rather than a scalable platform.
