Travel Visa Express, Inc.

What Travel Visa Express, Inc. does

Travel Visa Express, Inc. is a US-based, privately-held professional services firm founded in 1998 that specializes in expedited US passport processing and travel visa application assistance for individual American citizens. The company is registered with the US State Department to hand-carry passport applications into US Passport Agencies for urgent issuance, and offers tiered turnaround speeds from 3 to 15 business days at price points between $295 and $675. Beyond passports, the firm processes visas for approximately 17 destination countries spanning Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and Oceania at per-transaction fees ranging from roughly $100 to $450 depending on country and speed.

The business operates through two distribution channels: physical walk-in offices in Atlanta, GA (4651 Roswell Road) and San Francisco, CA (1390 Market Street), and a fully remote online channel powered by Typeform intake forms plus courier shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. Document handling is human-mediated: staff review applications, verify against acceptance-agent requirements, hand-deliver to government agencies, and ship issued passports back to customers with photo verification.

The revenue model is entirely transaction-based professional services, with no subscription, retainer, or platform layer; government fees are passed through at cost. The addressable customer base is the long tail of US individual travelers facing 6-12 week standard government processing times or 17+ country-specific visa requirements. The company is founder-led by Alex Khodorkovsky with no disclosed institutional capital, subsidiaries, or material M&A activity on record.
