Its go-to-market relies on direct field-based service delivery by a full-time crew of insured commercial glaziers, supplemented by digital marketing across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, and Yelp. Customer segments include residential homeowners (primary), small commercial and industrial businesses (primary), and a secondary channel of contractors and architects who refer projects. The company maintains insurance company approved status, enabling referral work from insurance claims.

The company has been operating from its headquarters at 37615 Vine Street in Willoughby for the entirety of its 50+ year history. It reports 1-10 employees, has no funding history, no institutional ownership, no patents, and no software or technology platform. Geographic reach spans Lake County, Geauga County, Cuyahoga County, and Northern Summit County, with incremental service to surrounding communities including Chardon, Concord, Bainbridge, Chagrin Falls, and Solon.
