Fusion Elements Dance Academy - India

What Fusion Elements Dance Academy - India does

Fusion Elements Dance Academy (FEDA) is a privately held, founder-operated dance and fitness academy located in Nerul West, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Founded in 2009 by Ashish Tripathi, the academy delivers in-person instruction across multiple dance styles — Bollywood, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Freestyle, Shuffle, Tutting, and Classical Kathak — alongside complementary fitness disciplines including Zumba, Gymnastics, Karate, Yoga, and Chess. Instruction is organized into scheduled age-segmented batches for children, teenagers, and adults, with operating hours spanning 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. The business operates from a single physical studio at Shop No. 12 & 13, Trupti Co-op Hsg Society, Sector 8, Nerul, and reports having trained 1,000+ students at that location over its operating history.

The academy has no proprietary technology platform, no mobile application, and no digital delivery channel; instruction is delivered exclusively on-premises. Revenue is generated primarily through recurring class fees from individual students, supplemented by event choreography services for schools, corporate functions, flash mobs, and private parties, as well as special workshops featuring notable Indian dancers such as Dharmesh Sir, Raghav Joyal, and Sushant Khatri. Customer acquisition is largely organic, relying on word-of-mouth, a basic website (fusionelementz.com), and direct phone contact (9324496600) for demo class bookings. The company is bootstrapped, with no external funding, no parent organization, and no disclosed institutional ownership.

The competitive positioning emphasizes breadth of dance styles under one roof — claimed to be unique in Navi Mumbai — combined with bundled fitness offerings and regular in-studio performance events that address stage-confidence building. The academy has received three regional awards: Best Choreographer (IACT, 2019), Best Dance Academy in Navi Mumbai (2018-19), and Young Talent Award for Navi Mumbai's Best Kids Dance Academy (2022-23). Headcount is stated at 1-10 employees, and the business remains a single-location micro operation with no disclosed expansion plans, online product, or franchise activity.
