As You Wish - Event Services

What As You Wish - Event Services does

As You Wish SRL is a privately held Belgian event production company headquartered in Walhain, Walloon Brabant, founded in 2012 with 24 employees. The company positions itself as a one-stop technical partner for private and corporate events, bundling three service lines: (i) technical equipment rental (professional sound systems, lighting with lasers and LED walls, and video/projection), (ii) DJ and artistic/musical entertainment, and (iii) on-site event staffing (photographers, videographers, stewards, hostesses, stage managers). Bundles are repackaged into six go-to-market offerings: weddings, themed parties, private parties, seminars and conferences, corporate parties, and product presentations.

The underlying technology stack is physical rather than software-defined: 'state-of-the-art' audio, lighting (including lasers and LED walls), and video/projection hardware plus electrical distribution, operated by a trilingual (French, Dutch, English) team of Event Managers and a warehouse/logistics function. Equipment is rented on a per-event basis; the company does not expose APIs, SDKs, or an app, and there are no disclosed AI or data products.

Revenue is generated per-event under a quote-based pricing model priced in euros excluding VAT, with one-month offer validity. Distribution is direct (website contact forms, phone, and inbound referrals); marketing relies on the corporate website, an extensive testimonials page, Google reviews, and Facebook. Customers are largely enterprise (Engie, Total Energies, GSK, Amgen, Proximus, Stellantis, Atenor, Colruyt, Club Med, Walibi Belgium, Latham & Watkins) plus private individuals, served across Belgium and continental Europe.
