WORLD ELITE GYMNASTICS

What WORLD ELITE GYMNASTICS does

World Elite Gymnastics is a privately held, family-owned gymnastics training center located in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, operating from a single facility at 23031 Arroyo Vista Suite B. Founded in January 2005 by Peter Dodd and Tammy Dodd, the business serves families in South Orange County, including Rancho Santa Margarita, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Foothill Ranch, and Coto De Caza. The facility offers instruction in gymnastics, trampoline, and tumbling across a structured progression: Kinder-gym (preschool), Academy Gymnastics and Beginning Gymnastics (recreational), Beginning Trampoline & Tumbling (introductory competitive), and invitation-only Team Gymnastics and Team T&T (competitive). The center serves preschool children, recreational gymnasts, competitive athletes, and trampoline and tumbling specialists, with the coaching staff positioned as the primary differentiator.

The center's competitive advantage rests almost entirely on coaching credentials. The staff includes Peter Dodd (2005 USA Gymnastics Coach of the Year, four-time US National Team Member), Robert Null (2000 USA Olympic Coach, ten-time USA coach at World Championships, 30+ years experience), Georgi Georgiev (Gymnastics Director, Master of Sports Title from Bulgaria), Yvonne Tousek (two-time Olympian), and former Junior Elite athletes who have competed at World Championships and on US National Teams. The facility uses specialized equipment including 7x14 rectangle trampolines, double mini trampolines, and standard gymnastics apparatus. The business holds affiliations with USA Gymnastics, the Federation of International Gymnastics (FIG), California T&T, Tramp Rats, the National Gymnastics Judges Association, and Southern California Women's Gymnastics, supporting competitive pathways in Trampoline & Tumbling (Individual, Synchronized, Double Mini, Power Tumbling).

The business model is straightforward: direct-to-consumer monthly subscription classes priced via a "PriceList05" document that is not publicly disclosed. Customers enroll via the website, phone, or email. Distribution is entirely physical — families attend classes at the single Rancho Santa Margarita location. The company has 11 employees, no external investors, no funding history, no app or digital platform, and the website has not been substantively updated since 2005. Word-of-mouth, community reputation, and partnerships with local organizations such as Center Stage Dance drive customer acquisition. Notable alumni athletes include Logan Dooley (8th at World Championships, multiple US National Champion) and Neil Gulati (Level 10 National Champion, 2005 World Age Group team member).
