AT&T has partnered with Filip Technologies as the device's network provider, distributor, and billing service, with the watch priced under $200 and a monthly voice and data plan below that. The device, which passed FCC certification in late July as the first wearable mobile device with full two-way voice capability, will land in stores in the coming months.
