Lobby (legal name: Lobby AI) is a Zurich-based AI software company founded in 2025 that builds AI agents to automate inbound booking workflows for hotels and adjacent travel verticals. Its core product is an AI-powered platform that reads inbound email requests in over 100 languages, extracts structured booking details using natural language processing, applies configurable business rules for availability, pricing, and hotel-specific logic, and either drafts proposals for staff approval (Assisted mode) or executes end-to-end booking creation autonomously (Autonomous mode). The system integrates bidirectionally with property management systems including MEWS and Oracle Opera Cloud, and the company has signaled planned expansion into chat and voice input modalities.

The platform is sold as a B2B SaaS subscription targeting hotels and hospitality groups as the primary use case, with secondary verticals including Meetings & Events (MICE), Attractions & Experiences, Restaurants & Private Dining, and announced expansion into airlines and cruises. Pricing is not publicly disclosed; the company uses a quote-based, demo-driven enterprise sales motion and a guided 2-day onboarding process that configures the platform against each customer's existing proposal templates, SOPs, and knowledge base. The company is affiliated with the EHL Innovation Hub at École hôtelière de Lausanne and is led by co-founder Romy Abbrederis.

Lobby is privately held and venture-backed, having raised $2.2 million in seed funding led by Founderful in March 2026. Capital is directed toward engineering, integrations, and go-to-market activities targeting commercial teams at hotel groups, travel management companies, and specialist agencies. With 1-10 employees and a single named product offering, the company is at an early commercial stage and has not disclosed revenue, customer counts, or named customer logos.
