What Large Construction does
Large Construction is a privately held residential general contractor headquartered in Aliso Viejo, California, serving homeowners across 23 cities in Orange County. The company positions itself as a full-service remodeler offering kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions (including two-story additions, bonus rooms, new bedrooms/baths, HVAC and electrical sub-panel installation), and specialty trade work such as electrical, plumbing, framing, roofing, tile, wood flooring, painting, custom cabinetry, granite/quartz countertops, concrete and stone work, landscaping, epoxy flooring, insulation/soundproofing, and demolition. Its value proposition centers on being a single point of contact for whole-home renovations rather than a single-trade specialist.
The underlying technology is traditional construction craft — skilled labor executing design-build projects — with no software platform, proprietary tooling, or digital product surface disclosed. The company operates a project-based, one-time-fee revenue model: customers contact the firm via phone ((714) 454-2448), email ([email protected]), or a website contact form to request quotes, with pricing not publicly disclosed. Go-to-market is direct-to-consumer, with acquisition driven primarily by word-of-mouth referrals, customer testimonials, a Google Business profile, and a website featuring project galleries and customer reviews.
The company is privately held with no disclosed funding, investors, parent company, or management team beyond a single key figure named "Brandon" referenced in customer testimonials. Its operating model is consistent with a small, owner-led local contracting business with a broad trade catalog and a reputation-driven acquisition engine rather than a scaling, technology-enabled platform. No headcount, revenue, or founding date is disclosed in the source data.
