Haagisepere

What Haagisepere does

Haagisepere is an Estonian family-owned service and rental business operated under the legal entity Wirenius OÜ, headquartered in Härmakosu küla, Anija vald, Harjumaa, Estonia. The company addresses three adjacent needs in the Baltic caravan and outdoor recreation market: (1) technical servicing of touring caravans and motorhomes, including chassis repair, moisture-damage remediation, and certified gas-system work; (2) winter storage for caravans and motorhomes on a fenced outdoor yard; and (3) rentals of mobile leisure assets, namely a self-built trailer-mounted sauna (the "Saunapesa") and wood-fired hot tubs ("Kümblustünn"). Customers are predominantly private individuals and small-event organizers across Estonia, with growing visibility into Latvia and Lithuania through caravan-club event participation.

The company's service portfolio spans labor-based repair billed at roughly €60–90 per hour, fixed-price maintenance packages (e.g., 12-month and 36-month servicing, AC servicing), parts and accessory retail, and commission-based sales of new caravans where Haagisepere acts as a local point of contact for a manufacturer partner. Storage is sold as a seasonal flat-rate service, while rentals of the Saunapesa and Kümblustünn are priced at approximately €69 per hour and €55–75 per 24-hour period respectively, including delivery within an unspecified radius. Commercial activities are supported by a partnership with ESTO enabling installment-based payments for rentals and purchases, lowering the entry barrier for higher-ticket bookings.

Revenue mechanics are diversified across five streams — repair labor, parts/accessory sales, storage fees, rental income, and commission/instalment facilitation — but the operation is small-scale and bootstrapped. The business holds a gas-work certification (KGS 3848-21), is a member of Klubi Eesti Karavan, and operates a single physical site with limited disclosed headcount, consistent with a micro-enterprise run by the founding family.
